Complete User Agreement
By creating an account or using any service on this platform, you confirm that you have read and fully agreed to all of the terms below.
Definitions & Introduction
In this document, "btk88", "we", and "our" refer to the btk88 online gaming platform. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person who has registered on btk88 or is using any service on the platform.
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal contract between you and btk88. When you create an account, access the platform, or participate in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.

Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to participate on btk88. This platform is operated exclusively for users aged 21 and above. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and failure to prove age may result in account suspension or closure.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may create and maintain only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed, and any balance or bonuses earned may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure at any time. If any of your details change, you must notify the support team immediately.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. You must not allow any other person to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Approved Payment Methods
The currently approved payment methods on btk88 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any method other than these are not accepted. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing may take slightly longer during system maintenance or high-volume transactions.
3.4 Account Verification
btk88 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request. The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same unless an exception is approved under special circumstances.
3.5 Transaction Responsibility
If a transaction fails due to an incorrect account number or information provided by the user, the responsibility lies with the user. Any transaction-related issues must be reported to the support team immediately.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
btk88 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount, on the bonus only (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing from the bonus.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds may only be used on approved games.
- Bonuses are not transferable to other accounts.
- Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
- btk88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
If any user attempts to abuse, manipulate, or commit fraud against the bonus system, their account will be immediately closed and all bonuses and associated earnings will be forfeited.
VIP Program & Cashback
5.1 Tier-Based Rewards
btk88's VIP program has five tiers. Players can move up to higher tiers based on their activity:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.
5.2 Cashback Policy
Cashback is calculated every week and credited to the account at a set time. btk88 reserves the right to change the cashback terms and conditions.
Gaming Policy & Fair Play
6.1 Fair Play Guarantee
btk88 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The games used on our platform are developed by recognised providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) and are powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to manipulate or fix game outcomes.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
- Collusion or coordination between multiple players.
- Any form of fraudulent activity.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to server errors, disconnections, or any other technical reason, btk88 will investigate the matter. We reserve the right to void incorrect results or prizes displayed due to technical errors.
Sports Betting Policy
7.1 Markets & Bet Types
btk88 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Multiple markets are available across various international competitions including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. For example, in a match like Bangladesh vs India, you can bet on markets such as match winner, total runs, or top wicket-taker.
7.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, the related bets will be settled according to our established rules. In the event of any dispute over a result, btk88's decision will be considered final.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 btk88's Rights
btk88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false information or failure to verify identity.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Age limit violation.
- Operating multiple accounts.
8.2 Voluntary Closure by Player
You may close your account at any time. As part of responsible gaming, contact the support team to request a temporary break (cooling-off period) or self-exclusion.
Responsible Gaming

Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law
For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, the dispute will be settled through mediation by mutual agreement of both parties.
On any matter covered by this Agreement, btk88's decision will be considered final and binding unless it is proven that the decision was manifestly unjust.
